This is a really nice hotel, very new and the design of the rooms is very inivative with the bathroom running as a corridor down one side of the room giving it a very spacious feel. The only down side of the design is that the toilet area isn't very private (a curtain is used as a bathroom door) so if you are a couple who are not used to sharing bathroom space this might be a little awkward.

The location is very good, MBK, Siam Plaza, Central World, Culture Centre, Jim Thompson's house, BTS station are all within walking distance.

The staff are very helpful and the facilities are very new and clean. The breakfast is pacticulary good with buffet and a la carte item too. We had dinner here only once, but it was nice and good value for money.

There is a nice pool, spa, jacuzzi and a gym which were empty of other visitor whenever we used them.

Highly recommended!

The Lit is great hotel, it's very central near to Jim Thompsons house and many of the malls,( free shuttle to MBK). It was very easy to get around from here as its very near to the sky train station. So all in all a great location. The rooms themself are very well equipped, and very luxurious with a beautiful big bath in the room!! Breakfast was great and there's also a pool I case you need a little respite from the heat of the city. The staff were really helpful too and couldn't do enough for you.

I had the pleasure of experiencing The Lit! Bangkok for a 3 night stay at the end of November 2012. The hotel came recommended so I knew it should be good but still I wasn't sure just how 'funky' it was going to be.

From a late ish arrival on the Sunday night to departing on the following Wednesday the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to make my stay perfect.

My bedroom was fantastic, modern, clean with an uber comfortable bed. The bar both inside and outside was very good and breakfast was the best of the 3 hotels I stayed in on this trip.

Position wise The Lit! Is perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from the National Stadium sky train station, so is ideal for exploring Bangkok. One big plus is being tucked down its little side street you do escape the noise and hustle of downtown Bangkok, but you are just seconds away from it when you want to get involved! Wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

WE stayed three nights in The Lit and couldn't have been looked after better. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was just fantastic and was so comfortable and clean.
The free foot spa was wonderful and my wife then paid for a pedicure which was great value and excellent.
The location was great too as was the food in the restaurant and for breakfast.
Value for money this was quite superb. Nothing to fault this hotel at all.
