“Excellent in every way.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 15, 2012

Stayed here for 3 nights in the past week.

First, the location is simply great. It is just a very short walk to the Asoke BTS station (next to the excellent new Terminal 21 shopping centre) which can travel to most places in central Bangkok. Helps to beat the nightmarish traffic in the city. It is also tucked away in the side, away from the main street, thus being somewhat of a quiet oasis in the city.

Second, the service is very good. Check-in was prompt. Their free airport transfer package was very good. Breakfast was healthy and decent. Electric plug converter could be loaned at the reception. Wifi was excellent. Free copies of THE NATION newspaper was available daily at the lobby. The reception was also helpful in helping us to book Thai massage at the Healthland Asoke upon request.

Third, the rooms were very clean and well made daily. The shower was very good. Free bottles of water were replenished daily. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were even bath robes in the rooms and slippers.

“A great find in the middle of Bangkok.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 14, 2012

I was a little bit concerned on entering the lane where this hotel is located but quickly found it to be a quiet haven in the middle of the bustling Asok area. The hotel itself is quite new and therefore is in good condition with everything working. The rooms are small but sufficiently roomy and sparkling clean. They have great air con, TV channels, in room high speed Wifi, shower and very comfortable bed. The staff were attentive and a wonderful helpful group of people. The included buffet breakfast has a small range of healthy and tasty foods. The location is excellent with a 3 minute walk to Asok station or Terminal 21 for great eateries and other shopping. This hotel is definitely good value for money in the Asoke area. I will stay here again. Tip: check location of this hotel on google maps before you go as taxi drivers do not seem to know where it is.

“Great hotel, BUT...”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 13, 2012

Great hotel for the price that I've paid for. The room was clean. Super convenient location, the MRT and Sky Train stations were just at the corner. A nice shopping mall, Terminal 21, was close by as well. HOWEVER, the reason that I am giving it 2 stars is because on the very last day when I was there, the hotel staff gave my room key to another guest. I know people make mistakes, but I don't this is kind of mistake that a hotel can afford to make. My suggestion is to change all your door locks to keycard locks. This way, we don't have to leave the room key at the front desk every time we leave the hotel.

We stayed for four nights and had a superior experience! The hotel is brilliantly tidy & quiet. The staff are amazing - simply the BEST! So helpful & friendly! The location is perfect - close to the MRT & Sky Train station as well as shops & restaurants.
