We had the tasting menu and the food was absolutely top shelf exquisite. The products were high-end and fresh; together with the elaborate composition and preparation, very high prices corresponded with what one found on the plate.
The only remark I would have if you are reading this review: don't go for dinner on Mondays.
It is Eve's custom to invite local artists to perform. (which is great) However, it is also the custom to allow restaurant and bar guests to grab the microphone. (which is great only in some particular settings) When you are paying a high price for an exquisite dish, the questionable accompaniment (played on speakers in other restaurant rooms), shouldn't spoil the experience.
