“Good value for money, nice new rooms.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 13, 2012

I stayed here for 8 nights in November, the hotel is very nice ,all new and pretty high tech looking.
The room was big enough, nice comfy bed, nice bathroom, huge TV,big in room safe .Room service was fairly good too .I didnt eat or drink there but the rooftop bar looked pretty cool too,was busy when I had a look.
While travelling I was in the process of trying to sell my house in Oz,while in Bangkok I accepted an offer and one of the Duty Managers was very helpful,Amornrat (Tai),she helped me print out the paperwork ( 30+ pages ) Then she witnessed me signing, then she scanned and emailed them too me,awesome, and it was no trouble for her.Thank You .
The other staff members also helped me print out documents for chinese visa,no problems .
The location on Sukumvit Soi 10 was pretty good ,not far to Terminal 21,half way between Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy. Not far from Times Square. The only thing I didnt like was the Soi itself, nowhere really close to eat or any 7/11 etc,you have to walk back to Sukumvit, its not far but a pain if you just want a snack or a quick coffee,I am used to staying in Soi 11 where you just walk outside hotel and have many bars ,restaurants ,street food etc.
I would definately stay here again and recommend.

Rooms are modern and bathrooms nice. It's down an alley off beaten track so not a 'grand' hotel but if you are looking for a nice hotel that has good rooms then this is definitely a good choice. Breakfast wasn't included in ours so we paid and it was a good buffet (small selection but all the basics) and they do eggs etc for you. Staff attentive. One thing I will say is taxis in Bangkok are terrible. They never know where you are going and can't speak a word of English or read maps. We usually told them a bigger hotel or mall near by to get to our hotel!

Stayed here early 2012. This is a new hotel located all the way down a long street off Sukhumvit. The walk is about 100 yards. Though annoying, this means the hotel is quiet. This particular street is not flooded with a million different vendors either, it is oddly spare. The walk is very safe but boring. You can also cut through the adjacent public gardens which is actually a nice touch. The hotel itself is clean and great. Rooftop pool is small but wonderful for lounging. The fitness center is on the same level as the pool. It's small but functional. You can workout and walk directly over to the pool for a dip. There is also a nice looking restaurant up there but I never tried it. The view from the pool is basically of other dingy apartment buildings. Nothing spectacular, but a nice place to relax from the bustle of Sukhumvit. The rooms are small but well appointed. Each room has a fridge and safe. Bathrooms are decently sized with good pressure and consistent hot water. The lobby is very nice and has current newspapers available for free. I ordered a king size bed. They pushed together two smaller beds and threw on a big sheet. The outlet for the nightstand between the two beds still poked into my sleeping space. This was my only complaint. See pics I added. Overall, this place is a steal for the prices they are charging. Most of the accommodations in Bangkok are either dirt cheap and lousy or very costly and super high end. This place falls nicely in the middle. I suspect that once the property becomes established they will start charging US90-100+ nightly. Get it while you can.

Room Tip: Pay the extra for a balcony. It's a relatively quiet street where you can enjoy the calm.

Stayed in August 2012 for 3 nights as our first stop off on a tour of thailand and malaysia from UK. Thought we would "treat" ourself to a nice place after a long flight before staying in budget accom after this. When I say treat the room cost a mere £35 a night for both of us, which in any other country would be a hostel, for the price and even if it was £100 a night we were impressed. This hotel was funky, fresh and clean. The bed was comfy, the bathrooms clean, the staff friendly and helpful. We rooftop pool and bar was a nice touch, very stylish. The location was good right off a main road (although down a bit of a dark ally, only 2 mins from the main rd but wouldnt want to walk alone). Lots of nice street food and buzzing atmosphere outside, with places to eat. Close to the station to get around the city, with taxis cheap. I read about others getting ripped off by hotel taxis, we never had this. We did have a close call with our train leaving as the taxi they called got stuck in traffic, but the lovely staff even went out to the main road to chase another one down for us.

Would defnately stay again. 5/5!

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed the good, warm service. The staff was always very helpful and polite. The rooms are clean, modern and everything looks brand new. The location is very good as it's on a side road of Sukhumvit, with easy access to BTS Asok and shopping malls like Terminal 21. We would definitely return next time.

Most places in Bangkok is accessible via BTS or MRT so this hotel location is good. We got a good deal via online booking. BUT the hotel is off the main road, it will take about 15 minutes to walk to the stations. Shuttle service to main road is via buggy so make sure you ask for it. Nearest station is Asok which is also BTS and MRT stop. Street food stalls are plenty along the main road, including Korean centre and fast food outlets in a office block. Nearest mall is Terminal 21. Reception will not help you book a taxi unless you are at the lobby. The pool is not for swimming but for lounging and drinks. There is a nice private park on the way to the main road, so you can go for jogging or tai chi.

Room Tip: Specify room requirements such as on smoking, twin, etc when you book. Check bathroom amenities to...

I am not having a happy stay here.
The place is too far away from the BTS station. Even they have pick up service from the main road but closes at 10pm.
Sadly, the counter service is terrible. The gentleman is not having any smile and keep working on his documents when I am asking my questions. I asked for help of my Thai sim card and he just seems to ignoring me.
The room, Sink is stuck and shower is leaking.
Air conditioning is too cold that even i set the temperature to 29 degree and still freezing.
