Hands-down the best coffee I've had in Bangkok. The girls there are super friendly, super lovely, and they know their way around an espresso machine. On busy Rambutri (parallel to Khao San rd), it's easy to overlook but well worth hunting out. Colorful and playful art lines the walls and quirky objects overflow from the display cabinets, most of it for sale. Can highly recommend a ham & cheese croissant or the delicious salad-packed moon landing sandwich (at least I think that was the name of it). Discovered this gem soon after it opened in 2009, stoked to find it still there in 2013. Some days I have visions of living in Bangkok and being able to wander down from my tumbly upstairs art studio mid-morning for a well deserved break in this oasis of calm and regather my thoughts over a cup of delicious smooth coffee. Heaven.
