“handy to skytrain station”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2013

Very friendly staff who picked us up from airport and later dropped us at skytrain station nearby then picked us up again from the station at 10.30 pm and back to airport again next morning all without charge. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.

A short shuttle bus ride brings you to a secluded hotel down a side street. It was not much to look at but it is great value and all service is with a smile. The rooms are large with a average sized bathroom. The hot water in the shower didn't work too well. It was only warm but on a muggy day it's fine. The breakfast was good and the minibar free!

Really glad we chose Lilac Relax for our last night in Thailand. We needed a place close to the airport, and the staff were lovely and helpful even though we arrived at 1am. We got a transfer to the airport the next day free of charge, everything in the minibar is free too! The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean and relaxing. Would definitely visit again.

Amazing room, clean, great staff that meet you with a bottle of tea. The beds are the Softest I slept on in Thailand. They schedule a free shuttle for pick up and drop off at the airport, 10 minute drive. Everything in the refridge is free. The neighborhood is NOT a tourst attraction but residential with a close by 7/11. One member of our party arrived early and walked the neighborhood and attended a local festval of some sort, was treated like a king, the walked to a coffee shop where he talked local politics with an ex-pat who has lived in the area for many years.

Just saying, that it was wonderful. If you ask, they will email you a map to give to your taxi driver, that is in English and Thai so you don't get lost/, I recommend this little gem to everyone. The price was great for a last minute reservation for us.

Did I say the most COMFORTABLE BED I slept in in 12 nights in Thailand

Room Tip: Tell them your airport pick up time and drop oof and they will have it arranged prior to youe arriva...

We accidentally stumbled upon this hotel while researching a cost effective alternative to the Novotel for an overnight stay. The hotel is everything and more that the reviews suggest. Our pick up was on time and check in efficient. The staff was extremely friendly. They dropped us at the train station for our foray into the city, and even provided us a cell phone to call them upon our return. The rooms were simple but sufficient. Wifi worked great. The complementary mini bar was a nice touch. We opted for the breakfast which was simple but sufficient (included made to order eggs). Airport drop off in the morning was seamless too. The best part was the friendly and helpful staff. We will return to this hotel the next time we transit through the city.

We needed a hotel convenient for the airport just for one night and this hotel proved a perfect choice. Someone was ready waiting as we emerged from the airport and we were driven straight to the hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, cool and quiet. We asked if there was anywhere near where we could eat dinner and we were directed across the road to the cafe of another hotel where we had a perfectly acceptable no-frills meal. After breakfast we asked how we might best find our way to our next hotel in the centre of Bangkok. The manageress phoned this hotel of her own volition and then told us exactly how to get there. All the staff with whom we came into contact were so nice and helpful. I would whole-heatedly recommended this hotel for an overnight stop.
