I cmae there for a short conference. Location tucked behind Siam Paragon shopping centre. Traffic can be a nightmare but the hotel is an oasis. Great gym, very modern and somewhat grand style. Definitely setting a new benchmark amongst already great 5 star hotels in Bangkok.

Opulent ! Well maintained and large sized rooms, nice view of the pool, good restaurants, fantastic Club Lounge, close proximity to shopping.
From the moment you check-in until you leave, you can fault no service staff because all of them are so well trained/experienced.

Rooms - aircon temperature controls are reliable and work well. Comfortable bed, love the pillows, you just feel like sinking yourself onto a cloud. Tv channels galore! Decor is excellent too, a flower here there makes a lot of difference! Nice balcony size with a chair and small coffee table, ideal for smokers. Only setback is the lighting, not bright enough. Housekeeping is excellent, they are well aware of the number of people in the room and will replenish toiletries, towels, drinking water, accordingly. Mini bar drinks are complimentary which is a plus. Coffee capsules and wide variety of tea bags are offered on a comp basis as well. Internet should be improved, the speed is not as good as in the Club Lounge.

Breakfast - this can be had in the Club Lounge (for club rooms only) or in Brasserie Europa, spread is good. If you prefer to dine alfresco, there are chairs by the pool.

Executive Lounge - they have a good cocktail spread, they have salad on some days and sushi as well with canapes/ hordeuves. Good wine selection. They have a live sandwich counter with lots of cold cut choices! Staff are friendly and attentive. They have a few Internet counters on Mac. The lounge is large but not overly crowded. There is a meeting room which you can rent for an hour a day.

Kids Club - Royal Wing - do leave your kids there to enjoy activities. Tour of hotel kitchen, etc are organized every week, please ask staff on this.

Shopping - buggy service is available if you wish to go to Central World, MBK, Siam Discovery Centre, etc

Lady in Red - She is always at the lobby to help you with anything.

Shopping - Siam Paragon - a stone's throw away. Try the tong yum soup THB80 per bowl in the Gourmet Market. If you need to buy some snacks back home - there is no other place you should get it except here. Excellent shopping mall.

We are definitely going back there very very soon to be pampered by this beautiful hotel. There are no other!

Room Tip: Book Cabana rooms if you love to swim and read a book to while away your time. If you booked a Club...

This is our new favorite place to stay in Bangkok. The airport greeting and transfer was flawless, and upon check in they gave us a complimentary upgrade since they didn't have any adjoining rooms available and we were traveling as a family. We ended up with a one-bedroom suite with a connecting regular room... Upgrades are always welcome.

Unlike other luxury hotels the rooms all have kitchenettes and the suite had a washing machine. Everything in the mini-bar is free, which i think should be standard in hotels of this caliber. The room sizes are very generous making this a good long-term stay option if you can afford it (even better if someone else pays for it) and the large balconies overlook the pool and garden. if you plan to use the pool a lot consider staying in one of the cabana rooms which open up directly to the pool.

Breakfast was a half-buffet with a good ala carte selection (no extra charge) which I prefer to the full buffets in other hotels. Have breakfast outside, by the poolside - you won't regret it. The "pool" itself is a series of interconnected pools that affords a everyone a private area that makes you feel you are by yourself.

Service was superb but never overbearing. Location-wise this is perfect to explore central Bangkok, being right beside some of the best shopping while making you feel that you are in a resort. However, note that if you want to be closer to the river there are better options. The architecture is pleasing and adds to that sense of being in a resort and the rooms have all modern amenities. The food was so-so but hey, this is Bangkok and there are thousands of places within a kilometer of the hotel so eating at the hotel is a bit of a cop-out (and relatively expensive). We will definitely stay here again and we are all looking forward to it.

Room Tip: Book a cabana room if you are intending to use the pool a lot. They all have terraces with steps di...

Yes it's expensive but it's a treat! Wow to the rooms the service and fabulous location. Staff will take you to shops in a golf cart. The champagne brunch is amazing! Wish I could afford to stay here each time.

Just finished a 4 night stay in a suite at the Siam Kempinski. Absolutely brilliant. From the amazing entrance foyer, slick check in, gorgeous room with balconies, a rare thing in the sky scraper day and age. Room had all mod cons you'd expect, free min bar, great digital equipment and top bathroom - the glass encased bath and shower is really different.

If you can afford it go for the Exec Lounge, the team are perfect, amazing service and the food and drinks through the day are brilliant. We've stayed in hotels all over the world and this one has the best Exec Lounge nibbles and drinks. Each night they offer a meal of goodies, it's difficult not to ruin your appetitive each night and cocktails are excellent.

Breakfast at an of the multiple locations are fantastic - we loved the pool area.

Back to the hotel. Location, location, location. Having been to BKK many times over the last 20 years this location is amazing. If you are there to shop, forget everywhere else. Walking to Paragon from ack of the hotel, BYS just 2 mons away. You simply cannot go wrong.

If you don't want to travel, Paragon has so much food you'll never eat anywhere else.

Seriously, don't consider anywhere else. this is the best hotel in the world, w elope dit and you will to.

Room Tip: All rooms over look the pool. If you are going Exec Club then Royal Wing is more convenient.
