This hotel/service app. is very good for service, hospitality and environment.
People is nice
rooms are very good
Breakfast is vry good
and the swimming pool with garden is amazing.
Even if deep inside the Soi 12, there is a Tuc Tuc service very efficient
I strongly suggest to try at list one time and then you'll prefer this solution the the other expensive luxury in the Sukumvit area...
Enjoy

We stayed here for a month when we arrived in Bangkok, initially in a standard room and then in an executive suite. A very comfortable hotel, relatively close to the BTS station, with a good restaurant. The staff were absolutely outstanding, providing advice and help whenever we needed it ensuring our stay was very enjoyable.

Room Tip: The executive was worth the additional cost and contributed to making it a memorable visit

We had stayed at Ramada 2 times, once in Goa (India) and this time in Bangkok (Thailand). The hotel maintains exceptional cleanliness, and has it's own "Kabana" (Swinging Sofa). The pool, although salty, is very clean and hygenic. The complimentary breakfast tasted good and was at the perfect temperature.
The place was close to the BTS Skytrain, 5 minutes from the main road, till where the tuk-tuk dropped and picked us up. It has a 7/11 convenience store nearby.
Next to the station, there is a big shopping mall "21 Terminal" which has sumptuous quality food and gourmet takeaways. There are foot massages nearby.
I must also not forget the staff who served with a smile, from the tuk-tuk driver to the receptionist and the chefs. In particular, a Swedish lady, called Angela, really was an Angel for us as she made us feel at - home. In our 7-day trip, in Bangkok and Pattaya, we really faced major language problem, making the local people understand what we were trying to say and most of the time could not find success. With Angela, we could discuss all our travel plans and challenges because she spoke such good English. She is a cherry on the cake for the Hotel.
+1,000 for Ramada (Hotels and Suites), Bangkok.

We stayed in the Ramada for 3 nights during our trip through Thailand and we can recommend this hotel highly. The room was spacious, good enough for three people. We even had a little kitchen. Breakfast was also nice and the pool was just perfect for a little cool down after a hot day of sightseeing. The personal of the hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My husband forgot his backpack with his passport in the sky train from the airport and the receptionist helped us to call there and - can you believe it - we got the backpack back! They also printed out our boarding passes for us without any problems or additional charges.
The hotel is close to the metro rail station, about 10 minutes walk. This walk can be strenuous with suitcases, but the hotel offers a shuttle to the main road which is about half of the walk. Because of the proximity to the station you can easily reach about every place in Bangkok and it takes about half an hour to the airport which is also very convenient.

I have stayed at the Ramada three times now, and that number is sure to grow. I love the place. It is the pool, restaurant and garden area together with the super friendly and helpful staff that make the place - and the rooms are great too. I am more than happy to spend a few days in the garden reading books on the day beds without ever leaving the place. Amazing it is off Sukhumvit. The rooms with the polished flooring are my favorite.
