“Nice room and best service ever~”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 22, 2013

Just came back last night and we had a nice stay in Budacco hotel. The hotel room is clean and breakfast also delicious~~

Step out from the hotel is Pratunam area---shopping paradise. If walk to Platinum shopping mall also need ard 10-15 mins.

And the most important thing is they have a very very friendly staff, she intro us many places to buy cloths for big size body XD Also, they help us to called a taxi when we are heading to the Chocolate Ville~~ thumb up for their best service~

Definitely we will visit again and worth the value~~

Stayed 3 nights recently from 9th may to 12th may. opted for the higher floors as recommended by previous reviews.

pros
- fantastic location. Upon arriving from the airport, one can take the city link train from the airport at 40 baht/pax to the Ratchaprarop station. walk towards indra regent hotel and turn right to see budacco's sign. saves money on the airport trsf.
- shopping is right at the doorstep with pratunam market and platinum mall.
- really warm service from the staff throughout the stay
- security guard 24/7
- right next to a great massage at bluespa.

cons
- thin walls means u can listen to your neighbour :P but at the end of the day, too tired to bother.
- no taxi driver knows the hotel. but hecks. just tell them to drive to baiyoke sky. :D
- small seating area for breakfast means having to queue at times for tables

Overall. It was a great experience. for the price i paid, really worth the money I paid. Will highly recommend this place! :)

Room Tip: go for the higher floors. the yellow room on the 5th floor faces the street, so quite interesting to...

Right in the middle of fun, shopping and food in Pratunam area but located in a quiet alley. Friendliest hotel staffs ever with 24 hour smiles. Staffs even wallked out of the alley to wait for us as our taxi could not find them. Chic and modern design with a compact reception and eating area but rooms were spacious, clean n complete. Walking distance to many famous malls and street food/shopping right at door step. 7-11s in every 20 steps. Absolutely perfect.

Taxi driver had a little issue to locate the hotel as the hotel is situated in one of a small alley. Keep a lookout above your head for banners that show BLUE SPA.. alight, walk in. the hotel is after blue spa. You can also print a thai language instruction for your taxi driver. You can find this on the hotel website. The driver even called the hotel and a staff came out to stand at the front of the alley. The staff of the hotel are all in pink polo tee or shirt. Not light pink.

A clean and spacious for a budget stay for a place to rest and sleep. It's a 8th storey hotel. Lift services available up to 7th floor. If you are staying at the executive suite, you will have to climb stairs up 1 storey. The stairs are pretty big a step as compared to those we have in Singapore. The staff will help you to carry your baggage up for you though and call then when you are checking out. Breakfast is not a big spread but sufficient. The cafe is relatively small, if you are getting up for breakfast at 8ish.. you should be able to get your seats with no problem.

The staff are very nice and very helpful. All of them know a little english. The reception staff go all out to assist.

You can find street food right outside the hotel. There are street market stalls around the hotel location. Great shopping and a short walk (5 to 10 mins) to Platinum Fashion Mall.

A lot of Singaporean/Asians were staying at this hotel.

Room Tip: Request for a higher floor if you are light sleeper. Be sure to request for a smoking room if you ar...

I came to know about this hotel in 2011 when I read mainly positive reviews from travellers who stay in the hotel at Tripadvisor. However, due to the floods I had to cancel my reservation.

2 years later, I decided to stay there and there were no regrets. It is an Oasis in the heart of the shopping district of Pratunam and the staff are ever so willing to help and were very very friendly . The rooms are colourful, cheerful and clean. Stayed in the Deluxe and Oriental rooms both having a different sort of theme and were very comfortable. There were 80 channels of TV to watch but you will not be watching them as you will be busy shopping just outside the alley as every available space will be selling something. Breakfast is good and sufficient and enough to sustain you until lunch.

Shopping malls are only 10/15 mins walk away, the famous ones being Platinum Mall, Central World and Siam Square. The BTS is a walking distance from Central World which can take you to the other malls like Termianl 21, Emporium and MBK.

Finding the hotel might be a little difficult as there is only a small sign to show where the hotel is and it is located right at the end of a covered alley away from the hassle and bustle of the stalls and shops. Print out the note in Thai which is available in the hotel's website and pass it to the taxi driver and tell him to that the hotel is near Baiyoke Sky Hotel and Indra Square.

Special thanks the Resident Manager Kiattichai Charoenphongsaphun (Run) who was very helpful in arranging the accommodation. Will definitely come here again during my next trip to Bangkok

Check in is super slow because of a delay for 3 fussy Malaysian guests, took more than half and hour. Room is smoky and noisy with inconsiderate guests talking and laughing very loudly. Some guests smoked at the corridors too. There was not enough seats during breakfast and some guests choose to hog seats and pick on the buffet table. A decent hotel spoiled by bunch of rowdy and barbaric guests. Will not stay there again despite the friendly staff.

Room Tip: Remember to ask for non smoking room if you do not smoke

This's a good choice to choose & I stay here for 4d3n. There're few room theme with different type of colour & my room theme is pink (oriental room which is slightly bigger bedroom compare to other). It's a bit difficult for the taxi to locate the hotel at the first place but with the explanation from the customer service/front desk help, it solve the problem. Budacco staff was expecting us at the roadside and help us to carry our luggage to the hotel. They welcome us with a warm smile, fruit juice and hot tower. Check-in was fast & the staff explain it nicely to us everything in the bedroom itself. The room was neat, nice & clean! Buffet breakfast is serve from 7am - 10am with limited choice but good quality. All the food taste nice & delicious! When we told them we took some tour package & need to go out at 6:30am, they help us to pack the breakfast for us together with fruit juice. I like their service & efficiency!

The only comment is the shower - the water coming out small/slow so I took longer time to take my bath.

Shopping tips: There's 1 massage shop named Blue Spa which just 2 shops away from the hotel. Their service is good & this's the cheapest massage shop that I able to find around the hotel. For those who's lazy & yet like to shop, you'll get to shop 3 rounds from morning (6am - 9am), afternoon (the time whereby the shoplot will open) & night (start from 6pm or 7pm - 12midnight) because all of it is just 2min walk from your hotel. All of it is from different sellers & you may get to buy different things with cheap prices (of course it depend on your negotiation skill). My suggestion is to buy it during the daytime as I found out that the daytime sellers sell the cheaper product. It's just walking distance to Platinum Mall (around 10-15 min if you're able to control yourself without looking at the stall sellers all along the way to Platinum Mall) otherwise it may take...hmmm... Budacco is just nearby Baiyoke Sky hotel which take <5min walking distance. Shop wisely & enjoy your holiday!

Overall, I love this hotel so much & will definitely recommend it to all of my family & friend! Of course I will be staying at this hotel again when I go to bangkok!
