“Simply the best”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2012

We stayed in this hotel in 3 separate occasions in 2012. The staff are just so good. They won't let you go out the front door without ensuring there is nothing more they can do to help you. If it is raining an umbrella is supplied. Rooms are smallish but adequate, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is terrific, huge variety and very tasty. The hotel is only a ten minute walk from a Sky Train station so it is really easy to get around. There are lots of food stalls near the hotel that serve great cheap food. If visiting Bangkok again we would not stay anywhere else.

Room Tip: Have stayed in three different rooms, all seemed great.

“5 star service. A great find.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2012

Stayed February 2012 - travelled as a couple.

Quite possibly the best find in Bangkok.

The staff were great, and so unbelievably helpful, words cannot even explain it.
The airport transfers were great, and always on time.
The staff helped arrange a number of day trips both in (such as the Kickboxing at Lumpinee Stadium) and out of Bangkok (such as to the old ruined city of Siam), and when we had to leave a 4am to make a train to Ayuthaya, they even packed us sandwiches and fruit for breakfast! :)

The rooms are great, with really good air conditioning, which is a must in this city. Additionally, the breakfasts were great, allwing me to sample some nice food I would not otherwise have eaten (such as Congee and Jackfruit), while letting my partner stick with standard western foods.

The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, and even assisted us in getting Thai sim-cards for our phones when we arrived.

A brisk 5minute walk from WongWianYai skyrail station, which let us get pretty much anywhere in the city in no time everyday.

I would highly recommend, and we will be staying here again.

“Oh So Friendly”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 10, 2012

Without doubt this was probably one of the friendliest hotels we've had the pleasure to stay at. The reception staff were marvellous and simply couldn't do enough for us.
From retrieving Taxis and Tuk Tuks, arranging breakfast when we departed on an early flight.
Restaurant suggestions etc.
Supply of umbrellas.
Always smiling , always happy.
We had a free pick up from the airport which worked well.
Even the return trip back to the airport they arranged a taxi at a very competitive price.
Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice.
If you wanted a cooked breakfast, you ordered the night before.
Location was good , just a 5 minute walk to the Sky train station (Wongwian Yal) where trains took you to the centre in less than 20 minutes.
The room was an acceptable size, good shower.
We suggest you ask for a room at the back as the main road is noisy and busy 24 hours a day.
Only 5 minutes walk to the 7 / 11 shop which seems to stock all requirements.
Great value for money and would highly recomend for the price.

“Excellent hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 10, 2012

We stayed in the hotel in October 2012.The hotel is great, clean and has extremely friendly stuff, ready to help in every situation , it was exactly what we were looking for.
We stayed 4 nights and we wanted another 2 days after our return to Bangkok, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked.
The hotel is away from the central zone of Bangkok, but with the BTS station nearby it was easy to reach different parts of Bangkok. The stuff offered us a map and a business card easy to understand for local taxi drivers and it was really helpful as not too many taxi drivers speak English. We even got a piece of paper with the most common sentences in Thai language (thank you, good bye...). One evening going back to the hotel with the BTS, a member of the stuff recognized us in the train and walked with us to the hotel.
Wireless connection was good.
The rooms are for non-smokers but they have a nice area with table and chairs for smokers outside the hotel. For us it was the best option possible, staying outside the hotel late evening with a drink it was a perfect ending of a day.
One night we had a late dinner in the local "restaurant" across the street, the food was good, tasty but you have to disregard the way it was prepared and the plates used-it was plastic. It was a good choice if you are not afraid of tasting the real local way of life.
Breakfast was good, with fresh fruits and you could choose one of the menus (Thai or international) a night/day before. If you are a person who usually skips breakfast you do not need the menu, you'll find enough to eat.

Being for the first time in Bangkok it was the best choice we made. For the last 2 remaining nights in Bangkok we were not that lucky.

Real value for the money.

Room Tip: Rooms in the front of the hotel are more noisy because of the traffic.

“A pleasant stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 9, 2012

We were a big group of 18 people and we spent 3 nights at the hotelfrom 2 Oct to 5 Oct 2012. Hotel is very cosy and staff was really wonderful. They packed breakfast for 14 of us when we had to leave very early for a day tour .
When we came back with packed food, bowls and chopsticks were offered to us without asking.
Overall everyone in the group is very happy with the facilities and service at this hotel.

Room Tip: We were given 9 rooms all at level 3. No complaints
