“Nice hotel - Bad location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 7, 2013

Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Be wary of the tourist information section of the hotel as all the tours they offer are very pricey and we found it to be much cheaper going elsewhere. The main road coming off the hotel is one of the most sex trade infested roads you'll come across in Bangkok! Street food on the road however was AMAZING! This probably is not the best place to start your trip in Thailand as it doesn't give a true representation of Bangkok. WiFi and pool were nice perks and security in the hotel was good 24-7 - short walking distance to sky train which we would recommend as your main form of transport.

Room Tip: If doors are left open at night - alarms with sound all night until security fix it!

This is a very small hotel in the heart of Bangkok. It is in the Sukhumvit area which is the main area for shopping, restaurants, and night life. The rooms were very nice and comfortable; good beds, however, no view. You can have a Tuk-Tuk take you to the sky train every morning or anytime during the day, free from the hotel. It is on a quiet street, but it is also in the Nana district. The sky train is less the a 1/4 mile away, easy walking distance. the hotel comes with free breakfast. The price cannot be beat, it cost around 40 to 50 dollars a night, and you are in the heart of all the action in Bangkok

Room Tip: pick a room on the backside of the hotel away from the street.

My decision is still mixed about this hotel, every time I tried to find a positive, a negative always appeared. The hotel is close to the main shops a 5- 10 min walk away, not so bad. The hotel has a basic breakfast buffet, pool and fitness room. The bed is comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. I got a foot massage at the hotel salon but have had better on the Main Street. ( go to ploenchit square second floor Malika massage- amazing). The hot water system looks more like a time machine and it didnt work until the final day of my stay even after staff help. My air con stopped working as well as my room card twice. The room has a DVD player which is handy.i was woken each night by my vocal drunk neighbours and their guests all of whom thought it was a nice time to bang doors, play music and tell to each other across the corridor. Helpful hint get taxi drivers to put meter on or they will try to overcharge you, this hotel would definitely suit groups or perhaps the gentleman looking for holiday fun. This is not a family hotel nor a solo female hotel. There are nicer safer hotels in the same area, ibis even is just up the road. Try there if you need to. Novotel is around the corner, it's nice. Would I stay here again? Probably not, It's just to suitable to my needs. Location wise not so bad, it is close to bars, clubs etc, there is quite a middle eastern following in the area and is hotel aswell

We booked a Triple Deluxe room and got 3 mattress on the floor. We could hear the people talking next door as the walls were very thin and I got electric shocks through the shower nozzle.

They moved my family to a new room after I complained loudly. We got a slightly better room

This hotel is mainly used for fat middle aged men on sex holidays in Bangkok. Cheap, discrete and you can have the hotel massages in your room at a special price.

Avoid if your a couple, a family, have a sense of smell or don't like hookers. If you have no plans to leave the red light district, then this place is perfect. You may even be able to buy a wife of a lifetime.

The hotel is ok with good bed and ok shower. Some of the staff are very nice and you can have chat with them. The room is clean and tv is ok too. There is good service with tuk tuk, but not always. Sometimes you have to wait it if you call hotel from street. I would like to reccomment it for all kind of travellers, but mostly for couples and singles. There could be many arabs in the beginning of july.

This hotel is deep into Soi 4 sukhumvit. The room is big with very comfortable bed.

The bathroom has a glass panel allowing visibility into the room.

Service staff as usual with most bangkok hotels were top notch.

As its a bit deep into the soi, they provide shuttle service to the main road.

Nice clean hotel off Soi 4, Nana. There is a spa and a good though limited restaurant. Staff was very friendly. The tour desk was very helpful. Really good value for money.

Be aware that the Nana area is known for a high concentration of prostitutes and creepy middle aged men.
