“Convenient location, friendly staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 13, 2012

Near Chitlom BTS this is a convenient hotel if you want to go shopping. Central World, Gaysorn, Siam Paragon and MBK are all within striking range. And with the BTS close by you can get to Mo Chit and JJ market in about 20 minutes if you are in Bangkok on the weekend. We were given complimentary broadband wifi which is very convenient. Buffet breakfast was adequate but better spreads served in nearby Sheraton Sukhumvit.

“Marvellous... a short stop to enjoy the Club”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2012

Location was perfect … a 10 min walk to high-end designers luxury shops or Taxi/100 yards to Skytrain and Shopping malls/markets and cultural activities. It's in middle of embassy district.

Cabs are cheap but prepare to be gridlocked for 30mins to get 3miles away. Skytrain is safe and convenient. Be aware of pick-pockets and swindlers around the hotel.. they know its a luxury neighbourhood.

The hotel is contemporary, with fabulous interior design – we loved it from meet & greet at airport by a pin stripe suited chauffeur at airport to the farewell from the hosts of the ‘club floor’. (£50 Hotel Limo seemed a lot compared to cab.. but it can take 90 mins in traffic). The club floor hosts deserve a special mention because they are approachable, fun interaction made our stay a true a ‘club experience’.
Cocktails, beers and wine in abundance between 8 and 10pm. Breakfast, high-tea and pre-dinner canapés were plateful. Excellent preparation - a far cry from the ‘club facilities’ at the Grand Mauritian!!
Breakfast was adequate. Most guests were very happy and it showed in their interaction with others- we met a few new friends. Some treated this as a regular stop off /home in Bangkok.

The pool, spa and gym facilities were excellent. My wife & daughter (plus others) were disappointed that the roof top covered pool was too cold to swim in… surely a few solar panel would heat this beautiful location. Free internet. Rooms were contemporary and very well equipped. If you don’t like open plan bathrooms, there are electric privacy blinds. Views were OK. The bars were swanky and destinations for Bangkok socialites…cocktails around £7 for a margarita.

Thanks to Club Floor Team - Max, Phanuda
, Anunya,
Sunipa, Nawaporn and Darren (F&B manager)

Room Tip: The club floor is worth it if you make use of what extras

“Could not fault them”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2012

An excellent hotel. I had a delux room on the 11th floor and the bathroom was an outstanding bit of design. The room had everything that you could want, a very large bed with great sheets, that was impossible not to sleep well in.
Breakfast was good with a wide selection and the best bacon I have had in any S E Asian hotel.
Staff were excellent and provided top rate service.
Bar service was very good and serves good snacks.
The hotel is well located 2 minutes from the Sky train and in a busy shopping road.

Room Tip: The higher the better.

“Stylish”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 9, 2012

The most stylish hotel I've stayed in so far. Very beautiful and stylish. The staff and waiters were friendly. Everyone seemed very smart and fluent in English. Breakfast was awesome and people there, esp. Nattida (Thai waitress) and Luc (Dutch OJT staff) were very accommodating. I wish I could afford the hotel stay though. My stay there was for free, my company's trip incentive. The room rate is quite expensive for me. Other than that, It's a hotel worth staying.
