The hotel is close to BTS station, only 5-7 minutes walk. There are convenience stores, restaurants and big shopping malls around. Most of the customers are Japanese. Everything is clean and kind.

Choosing this hotel was a mistake. One i will not be making again. From the airport, finding this place was no easy task. We decided to repeat our mode of transport to our hotel (bus from the airport) as the first time it worked out smoothly and was cheap and affective. We made a mistake in trying to find the hotel from the main road. No taxi's we asked could tell us this hotels location, and even after showing the address we were still lost, walking needlessly for 20 minutes. WIth luggage might i add. I was irritated, hot and bothered. Only to be told by the front desk a 100 baht deposit was needed in order to cover the cost of a loss of room card. (This had not been the case at any previous hotels so we were a little unsettled).
Leading into our room the corridors looked industrial, and not at all like the grand, spacious interior of the lobby. (which from the outside was an unexpected but pleasant surprise) . DO NOT i repeat DO NOT include a buffet breakfast to your stay, if it is only 1 dollar more it is still not worth it! The food was cold. stone cold actually as the waiter had forgotten to turn the power onto the heaters. After i informed him that the eggs, meat, rice and french fries belive it or not, were stone cold he simply switched the button on, stared at me with a confused expressiono and retreated out to the back kitchen. Understandably the hotels breakfast buffet must not be a popular option, rightly so. You would still expect that the quality of food would be edible. Food was cold and tasteless, nothing was topped up, the only pasteries were croissants which were stale. And the fruit had no cover, so flies had an all access pass. The only thing to put on toast was butter. The eggs were premade and as my boyfriend grinned and bared it, i could see the white of the egg had harderned to a stiff carboard texture and the yolk itself had also dried out. I inquired if my plate of food could be heated in a microwave or on the stove i got told they didnt have one. I asked if i could get an egg made and i recieved the same response. I actually spoke to the staff member who was responsible for the breakfast being served who had might i add been the one to book us in at the front desk as the waiter couldnt understand english. So all in all you dont get what you pay for at this place. And i was happiest when i was leaving. I am honesly not a hard and difficult person, and our intent in staying here was merely for a nice bed to sleep in as we had planned to be out all day. But for the short period of time we spent there, i couldnt wait to leave. Or more so i wish we chose another hotek. The room was fine. what i would have expected from a cheaper option to many others we looked at. But we honestly thought we were choosing a decent enought place to enjoy the last day in bangkok. but were disappointed in most areas.
