“Just the best place to dine and chilax outside the Grand Palace”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2012

Didn't know about Krisa till we were looking for a place for our brunch before getting inside the Grand Palace. Since the first thing we were looking was a clean resto then spotted Krisa, this resto is really neat and the food is spicely delicious ohlala! price is not expensive, very reasonable, no wonder she was tagged by trip advisor on her door. She's located 30 meters away and across the main entrance of the Grand Palace, she's situated on her left when you're coming from the corner (the corner from the pier).

“A little gem of a place offering great Thai food and amazing value”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2012 via mobile

After visiting the Grand Palace we were desperate for somewhere cool to eat and rest and stumbled across this place. It is tiny, only a handful of tables but really clean with great air conditioning and the food was delicious . We also had four glasses of the iced lemon drink it was so refreshing !

“The Grand Restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 1, 2012

After the tiring walk around the Grand Palace, this is the best place to eat. It is just across the Grand Palace. The food there taste super great and the price is very affordable. They have rice meals that cost around 60-70 Baht. They also have green tea for as low as 5 Baht each.

I recommend this place to all those visiting the Grand Palace. Though the place is not that big, the food and price will compensate for that.

“Surprising good experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 5, 2009

This is how it happened: We walked out of the Grand Palace, crossed the street and turn left (on the way to the laid Budha). It was lunch time and we were considering some "time saving" quick food from one of the vendors when we walked in front of this little cozy restaurant. Just 5 tables in a small place, but this family owned place has it all. Modern decoration, air conditioning, excellent food (I am not talking about high level cuisine, I mean traditional Thai food) and amazing prices. Also, if you need it, they serve expresso. Remember, exit the Grand Palace by the main door, cross street and start walking to the left, 150 meters and you'll find it. A must.
