When I think of Chinese food, the image of some greasy, salty, sloppy and wet piece of vegetable couldn't help but pop up on my mind. But after dining at Bai Yun with a bunch of media friends and the Banyan Tree PRs, my opinion has changed. That Beijing duck was beyond Delightful, given the rich taste of crispiness and flavourful moistness. I wish I had more! Also other dishes were brilliant along with the friendly service. I couldn't help but felt like a miss little Chinese queen in the middle of the sky ;)
