Apart from the outstanding installations (I particularly recommend the health club on top floor) the staff is worth a mention. Some remarkably friendly English speaking willing to help at all times. In spite of its location, definetly worth the money.

Okay business hotel, value for your money...great foot massage place close by which is open 24 hours. The staff understands english and is able to comunicate back so that is a very big plus point out here...

This was my first trip to Taipei. The Hotel seemed very modest at the entrance but I was really impressed by the service attitude of the hotel staff. The attendants took pains to personally take you to the room and explain all the amenities. Room was very nicely done with lot of attention to detail. Overall they stay was very comfortable. They had prepared special and customized stationery for me. Internet was free and even international call rates from the hotel room were very reasonable. I paid around $ 130 per night incl breakfast which was very economical.
Look forward to visiting the hotel again.

Although this is mainly a business hotel we stayed there for a weeks holiday in October.The service was outstanding and very polite.We were addressed by our names every time we left or returned to the hotel. The General Manager took the time to have some chicken broth made for me when i arrived with a bad cold.The breakfast buffet was excellent and the de-luxe room very large and comfortable. We did not find the situation of the hotel a problem at all and we travelled around the city quite a lot.
