Wondering through Taipei I came across this Italian restaurant and was pleasantly surprised with the price quality ratio of this establishment.
I opted for the diner menu that consists of a mushroom soup; a fresh salad followed by a nicely prepared tomato Bruschetta and a Penne Pasta Arrabiata. The Arrabiata sauce was smooth and spicy like this sauce should be. The pasta was cooked to perfection nice “al dente”
The menu was concluded with a crème brule as dessert. This set menu including a local beer set me back TWD 460. For me, excellent value for money!
For those not mastering Taiwanese (like me) ask for Amily, she is fluent in both English and French and was a great help in selecting the dishes. Only draw back for me was that they did not served open wines, although they did have a choice for bottles.
All in all a little gemstone if you want to have a good, reasonable priced, Italian diner in Taipei.
