“Good location but encountered some other issues”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 29, 2013

Location: near to MRT, TRA, HSR (not so near to bus station to Taoyuan airport). Have to walk around and ask for direction before locating the lobby.

Service: Had some dispute with them over my booking when i arrived because i gave them both my chinese name and english name during booking via email. But managed to resolve it and finally got the room i needed (see tips below). When we check into our room (912) i smelt something (cigarrette) and told the recept who brought us up and then managed to change to another room immediately.

Room is nicely furnished but not very big (maybe due to the sofa). Toilet is also small.
Overall, i find its pretty expensive if not for the location.
Though the door is thick and "electronic", still can hear people talking and opening / closing of doors.
No pool and no breakfast.
Gym fee is NT$500 (per day? not so sure).

Room Tip: Use only your name in the passport to book. Do not use chinese names even though they reply the emai...

Booked this hotel for the first three nights of our Taiwan trip. SIze of the room is definitely enough for 2 people and if you don't mind squeezing, adding an additional bed can be an option if you are travelling in a large group. There is a washing machine that you can use if you wish to, Washing powder will have to be bought from the reception though.

There is a dryer system inside the toilet so no worries on not being able to dry your clothes after washing. Bed is comfy though pillow is a tad too soft for my liking.

Exit is towards the Q station shopping mall if you are coming from Taipei main station. It can be a bit confusing at first but once you recognize the Starbucks in front of the entrance, you will be fine. Reception is not at the entrance though, There are sign board guiding you there though, You will only be there for check in as check out will be below the apartment.

Location is great as Taipei Main Station allows you to take either the metro or train to your destination. Shopping is also available below the apartment and food is available at Taipei Main Station Breeze food court.

Overall, a great hotel to stay in for its location.

I travel to Taipei for business frequently. I began to stay here from July 2012 and my first experience was horrible which prompted me to write a poor review about this property. Despite my unpleasant experience, I have been coming back because there is no other place in Taipei that offers the combination of the following -- small kitchenette, in-room washer/dryer (in most units), free wifi, convenient location inside subway and high-speed stations, 24-hour indoor taxi stands with nice cabs lined up downstairs, Starbucks downstairs, and restaurants that open late inside the shopping center where the property is located. Since I come to Taipei for business and not sightseeing, I don't have time and try not to walk outside too much. If you can't tolerate the heat and humidity (rains a lot too) like me, you can get pretty much everything you need as a business traveler without stepping outside. This property has improved significantly in terms of customer service since my first stay in July 2012, and definitely deserves a positive review from a loyal customer. New management came in place, and rigorous employee training was provided. I just checked in again this morning for a 5-day stay, and was pleasantly surprised by the details from my prior stay the staff remembered and prepared accordingly in advance of my arrival (such as leaving additional hangers, floor mat, extension cord). While not all guests would have special needs, the staff always tries their best to accommodate guests' needs. This property is not managed in the hotel style and thus certain services such as concierge or dry cleaning is not available. Another downside which may be challenging to first time visitors is the location of the check-in desk which is separate from the actual units. I've stayed in several different units in different buildings over time and have encountered various issues in room (non working shower head, burned light bulb, leaking sink, wet floor after shower due to design flaws in the entire complex). If you can overlook the minor inconvenience, be patient and contact the front desk to solve the problems, this is an enjoyable facility and you will notice how hard the staff is trying.

Room Tip: There are different "styles" of rooms that come with different amenities. Some rooms may n...

Booked this for a show and the service apartment is really well managed. Down side was the suite that I had - the router was down but I signed for a 7 days unlimited mobile data on a prepaid card for 500 NT(US$35) - that's fantastic value for unlimited Mobile Internet on 3G. Suite comes equipped with latest fittings - 42 inch LED TVs, washing machine, fridge, cooker and dish dryer...living rooms tastefully designed.

Location is superb with Qsquare next to it where you can shop for up market stuff, restuarants and supermarket. links to the MRT and TRA

I highly recommend this for couples or families with 1 kid as the suites come with 2 bedrooms but the large rooms come with 1 Queen size bed and the other a Single. Very quiet and very comfortable.

Room Tip: Ask for 5 floor, no need to change lifts

Great location as mentioned by tons of other travelers. Situated just above Taipei Bus Station and right beneath it will be Taipei Main Station. Once you checked in the friendly staff will show you how to get to the apartment which eventually you will get very used to (requires practice). The apartment itself is just right for 2 person.

To sum it up, its an affordable, clean and convenient place to stay in Taipei and you will sure enjoy your trip.

- Location is unbeatable: just above the Taipei bus terminal, trains subway buses and cabs are all in minutes
- A department store with a supermarket operates in the same building, you have everything you want
- Suites are spacious with nice deco and furnitures, I just want to lay in the living room couch for all day :)
- Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking a meal
- And the surprise is they have an ensuited private garden that you can have your tea and feel the breeze
- Staffs are nice, we checked in late night 12xxam and the ground security guards shown us the way up where apartment staff was already welcoming at the podium lobby. He even shows us every details of the suite, leave before he ensure we know how to operate the air cond and our wifi devices were well functioning

- The only area to improve might be their environmental friendly policies, we are really fine to keep our slippers for re-use on next day where no replacement is necessary.

Definitely I will stay here again the next time visiting Taipei and wish to spend longer time inside the apartment.

I like this apartment so much! Helpful staff, convenient location, spacious & nice apartment! Take bus from airport is the better choice compare with MRT to get into this apartment. The bus will stop at Taipei train station then try to find Y3 exit. Take the escalator up instead of go into the mall, after that turn left go outside of the building then turn left again u will find the check in office there. I only take 5 mins to check in & check out. Friendly advise, for those who plan to stay here better check in & out at their working hour (9am-10pm) then u will be serve well. The location super convenient: MRT station, train station, bus station, taxi & lot of shops just downstair. For those who like to shopping must spend one day over here. Lot of cheap stuffs can get at the down street shops & branded stuffs can get at the shopping mall. I stayed at 2 rooms apartment because there are 3 of us. The apartment look exactly from the photo they provided. Hope urs enjoy ur trip at Taiwan!
