My family of 4 stayed in the family room in this hotel for 2 nights in Dec 12. It is by far the worse hotel we ever experienced in Taiwan. It has the hardest bed we ever slept on in our lifetime - woke up with either sore back or numb arm and leg depending on which sleeping position we adopted to lessen the discomfort, the central control unit (for the air-condition and lightings ) which is situated right above the bed head dropped out and hit me right on the forehead in the middle of the night - luckily it is not heavy to cause any injury physically but imagine the shock in the dark, it took me a long while before I could fall asleep again.
The room was musky, the toilet is badly designed, old and hopelessly wet after the shower, ( they have this funny way to drain part of the bath water out of a little opening at the side of the bathtub to the drainage hole next to the toilet bowl, which cause the toilet flooring to be perpetually wet and very slippery after a shower).
To add injury to insult, we got charged TWD $ 100 for checking out late at 1230pm, even thought we called to inform the hotel that we will be half hour late after we got lost on our way back from the car rental Company. We don't mind the money, but the attitude of the counter girl could have been better when she demanded the fine from us, she made us felt as if we have committed an unforgivable crime.
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, a bad choice that stained our otherwise very enjoyable holiday in Taiwan.

We are very sorry about that and now thinking how to move the central control unit to other position.
Problem 2, you mention that "the toilet floor is always wet after bath"
We also sorry about that, we are checking whether the drain system has any problem.
Problem 3, you mention that "counter girl's attitude of charging the late check out fee is bad"
We also sorry about that, although charging the late check out fee is our usual rule, but it really make your not well tour more unhappy. We will train our counter staff to pay more tender, kindness and give more explanation to guest when hotel need to charge some fee.
We believe you will have a better staying experience next time.
