We spent two nights here in December 2008 and found it to be a comfortable, quiet, conveniently-located budget hotel, impeccably clean, with reception staff who spoke English and were helpful. Rooms are small but well-equipped. As several earlier posters have mentioned, the bathroom is partioned from the bedroom only by a glass door which doesn't go all the way up so if you've got a problem with modesty, this room is not for you ! The small reception area is on the first floor and always seemed crammed with other peoples' luggage.
There are loads of small restaurants and shops nearby for breakfast; it's close to the main train station and metro stop and within walking distance of some of the major sights. The Front Desk will book you onto the Airport Bus (which stops in front of the hotel) if you don't want to spend the money on a taxi to the airport.
Good value, decent service and great location.
