We were pleasantly surprised to see a staff coming out to welcome us as we stepped out of the cab. Overall, we were satisfied with the service provided by the hotel to make our stay memorable especially helping us to arrange a cab to bring us to see plum blossoms.
Breakfast was served in Western style but we also got to taste some Tainan local delights.
The hotel is located near interesting eateries and within walking distrance to some Tainan attractions. Local bus stop is nearby and it's a short distance bus ride to Anping Old street.
The room that we stayed is small but cozy. Excellent WIFI connection in room too. However, the aircon is centrally controlled so they offered to provide extra blanket when we feedbacked that the room was a bit too cold. We were also not used to the open concept of the toilet and bathroom with only a glass door.
