“Beautiful View”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 21, 2012

This was definitely worth getting a cab, and then get ready for a walk up the hill. Worth it! It is a difficult walk if stairs are a problem.

“Beautiful views at Pagoda”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 16, 2012 via mobile

We enjoyed the walk up and the views very much. It takes a while to walk up and if unfit it would take most of the morning. It is steep Nd can be slippery. Proper footwear recommended. Because to agree the price with the boatman before you start if you are being rowed across the lake as he changed the price for us when we got off the boat.

Cafe at the top is nice with good views.

There are various routes down, we took the lOnger back route that brings you to damside. A 20 min taxi is then needed to get to lakeside.

“Beautiful architecture”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 8, 2012

It is a small trek uphill to reach the Peace Temple. But once you reach up the beautiful architecture would surely impress you. There are small stalls for beaded jewellery and a nice tea shop also to sit and relax. The glider flights would be seen passing on top of your heads making noise. Its a beautiful view of the town from up there too. The great lake can be seen from above.
