The place is different from most other places in Kampala I have seen. So, if you are looking for Ugandan cuisine or the "classic" Kampala food or place, do not go there. However, for me it is a sort of haven of good service, reliable food and comfortable atmosphere. I'd say it is a bit European in many ways, in a positive sense. It is smallish, unpretentious, clean and usually full with a variety of different people. Food has been good, many different meals are on offer. Chips were very crunchy, salad fresh, only the bruschettas I had were not great (mushy). Pricewise it is on the upper side, but absolutely in relation to the place's offer.
Another plus is the location in Kisimenti, which is bustling at night and there is many places nearby where you can take a drink, go out and even dance.
