The finest meat you can find in Dakar, complete view on the kitchen -which is an insurance on the standards of hygiene- and a fair selection of South American wines (an asset for those who are tired of the French wine monopoly in town). The restaurant is small, two rounds of clients per table: you need to book (also for weekdays) and you avoid crowds. One of the best services in town (and considerably higher than the average you can find in West African "top restaurants"): fast, neat, careful and professional. The owner is always there to make sure everything is fine.
Prices are higher than other restaurants in the center, but totally proportional to the quality.
Above all other expensive restaurants in the area.
