The restaurant doesn't have a special name - 'Chinese restaurant' is what's written on the wall outside the Palm Hotel. Inside, it's on the first floor (closed on Mondays).
I've been here many times now, and I almost always have the same dish (home style tofu). That's because I don't eat meat, and I love the way they do this dish. But I've been with various other meat-eaters and they have always enjoyed what they had too. Lots of Chinese eat there, and that's always a good sign. There are often only a handful of people here; the restaurant only opened relatively recently and I think the word has not really got round yet.
Bonus points: very clean toilets, kept locked, and for use of customers only. AND if you're wondering where you can get straight hair cut in Liberia, just ask for Lina. She doubles as a cook, but is very happy to come to where you are to give you a cut and blow-dry!
