My daughter, who is working in Lesotho, had a confirmed reservation for us at this establishment. When we arrived at 3 in the afternoon, exhausted from our travel in the mountains and anxious to freshen up after our visit to a rural area. However, the manager, who was manning the reception desk informed us that because our daughter had not answered her cell phone calls, she had let our rooms to someone else. The manager was not only not apologetic, but openly hostile to our daughter. We suspect the alleged phone call was a fabrication since our daughter's phone showed no missed calls and no messages, though it was off while we attended a church service and to conserve energy as that part of the country was without power for most of the day. The manager did finally find us rooms at a much nicer lodging, which she might have done in the first place instead of treating us so rudely. We were happy to turn our backs on this place. It was the sad exception to a city we found to be filled with delightful, happy and friendly people.
