First of all, this guesthouse is in Kumasi, not Accra. I stayed there 10 days in 2013 and really enjoyed it. Yes, the water shuts off (keep some extra buckets of water in the bathroom) and yes the hot water doesn't really work well (but do you really need hot water in Ghana?). Power outages also occur, but that is not unique to this hotel. They do have a backup generator they can turn on but I was so used to power outages in Ghana that I took it in stride. I liked the sparkling clear pool (maintained by one of the house boys) and the staff at my beck and call to fetch me a beer whenever I wanted. The grounds are very nicely landscaped and there are a couple comfortable sitting areas with shade. The price was lower by the week and I had the place to myself for the entire 10 days. I'll definitely be staying there when I go back to Kumasi. I've heard that some large family likes to rent the entire guesthouse, which would be great idea for a group traveling together.
