“The Number 1 Attraction”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 13, 2013

This is the reason why everyone visits Vic Falls. You have to see it from the Zimbabwe side, as they have 80% of the Falls on their side of the Border. Being there in May/June there is just so much spray that you miss out on seeing the most spectacular parts. As I have been here 8 times now, I've seen it all at the different times of the year, and my friends that were on their first visit, were amazed at the size and beauty of what you could see.

“Impressive and certainly worth a world class rating”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 12, 2013

Restaurant was clean and its food was reasonably priced, and quite tasty though not much choice. Disliked the high price charged to foreign tourists and in USD.

“Helicopter over Victoria Falls...15 minutes”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 10, 2013

Impossible to see and experience the Falls from the ground. A helicopter is absolutely necessary
in order to view the overall area, the falls and the incredible gorges downstream from the falls.

We paid for a 30 minute flight..for two of us. Iw was wonderful, But, one half of the time was spent flying over a game park near the falls a looking down on animals that we ad seen from the ground and much closer.

15 minuts covers the important part and is well wort the expense.

“Incredible!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 9, 2013

This is a once in a lifetime experience! There are many different viewing stations on the Zimbabwe side. Each view of the falls is amazing. It is hard to explain how large the falls are and how powerful the water is. There are rainbows at various viewing points depending on the sun and the mist.

Make certain to take rain gear, flip-flops, and a change of clothing as you may become soaked depending on how the wind blows. It is worth it!
