I cannot go on enough about El Firma. As far as I am concerned this is among the best restaurants in Tunis. There are so many different places to eat and hang out; during the winter there is a cozy, French shabby chic farmhouse with a fireplace. In the summer a splendid courtyard, where you feel you could be at an A list Ibiza after party, bright tents and fountains.
The menu focuses on the quality of the ingredients, from the cut of the meat to the fish chosen that day. The food is modern and light and the chef is famous for his molecular gastronomy.
