We stayed at Residence Warda for 3 nights.
I've got mixed feelings about the place. I booked by phone a couple of days before we travelled. The double room inc breakfast, shower/wc and window(?) was TD35 a night plus TD5 a night for heating via a/c unit. The price was year round, and I'd say it was over priced.
When we arrived at 2100 knackered from a train/bus/louage ordeal the B&B was crawling with student types. We'd decided to stay at the same time as a University field study! So the B&B was full (80 rooms) and noisy. All the floors and narrow corridors were tiled and echoed. Fortunately, the noise from the A/C heating cancelled out the laughing and shouting.
The students left after 2 nights, and the place was lovely and peaceful!
Residence Warda was clean enough, the room was small and basic, and breakfast was measured on a tray and very basic. The bedding was a bit iffy and heavy, and pillow lumpy. The shower was passable, and towels a bit threadbare.
There's a pleasant small open reception area, and a nice sun filled courtyard.
Based on our first 2 nights I wouldn't stay there again, but based on our final night on our final night I probably would.
Residence Karim and Hotel Erich(?) looked decent options.
