Good environment bad service and rude owners and the staff is not trained well. Yhe owners should have atleast a good quality of leadership.
Look at spur for instance, you will not experience this kind of problems there.

Managed to watch Ireland best Wales during the first 6 Nations match in Feb 2013. consoled myself with several local and international beers. Food above average cost, but told it was good. We did not eat there. Some distance from City Centre - taxi around 15-20,000 TSH.

We were very happy when we started visiting this place and have been a regular customer for a while now until lately we experienced the following:

1. Same problem as others have mentioned, the place is full of smoke and loud noise.

2. Careful when you order drinks as the staff may bring sometime else and will not even bother to inform about the changes. Sometime back one of my friend ordered Jack Denial and he got something else. This may become very embracing and annoying especially when the staffs have no sympathy.

I love the place,but too many whites.if u want to enjoy there u must be with ur friends because everyone will think ur a buggler!!!..THIS ADVICE IS FOR LOCALS.
