“Food Good, Service slow, Need betterment”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2013

We went there two times. One for having dinner on some occasion. Another for a Friend's party. Food is good and delicious, Snacks are also good. But the service is very slow.

They give you Salad at start. Then they take order and very slowly bring things.

You will enjoy food but not the service.

“The Best Indian retsaurant in Dar Es Salaam”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2013

The restaurant is located right on the main Old Bagamoyo road.Ample parking is there.
I had a Wonderful Grill Platter of paneer,Reshmi Kebabs,Sheesch Kebabs,Panner and a very nice Chicken Khander Curry (Dont remember the name well but Excellent..Also had Dal makhni with Roti and Alu Parota just Yummi.
Their Chefs are from India and so is the management from India running very effectively the Restaurant.
The cuisine is just mouth watering.and just execellent .I have tried a few in DAR but this one is one of its kind.Have visited the place few times in while am in DAR for Dinner..Infact this time I took my Indian collegue whom we work together and has been there also with me twice.he just loves it.Service is good ,the staff friendly and its worth to give them a small tip for the job well done..I can recommend to anyone who is in DAR or to my friends..

“Popular friday nite dine n dance”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2013

The food and service is superb. A very wide selection of Indian, Chinese, continental foods. Friday nites being special as there are live Indian singers. The waiters are very attentive and fully conversant with the menu. Indian bollywood music lovers will thoroughly enjoy their dinners with the added entertainment...

“Indian restaurant that has been around for a long time”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 6, 2013

seating available inside and out. Service can be a bit slow on busy days. Yhey have dishes from all regions of India and also sell paan, the famous Indian after dinner refresher. They have live music once a week. Food can be a bit spicy, tell the waiter if you prefer mild versions. Some curries can be a bit oily and rich. I prefer the tandoori dishes, my favorite. I enjoyed one of the prawn starters, bbq style very nicely presented in a cocktail glass. The restaurant keeps busy and thus they must be doing something right!

A childrens playground is also available thus ideal for famalies. Secure parking is also available.

“Spicy and full of oil”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 29, 2012

Very average food – not the best of Indian food options available in Tanzania. Not sure if the chef is a Indian person but from the food it definitely doesn’t look though.
