“The "Fishmonger"”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 12, 2012

The best place to eat in SeaCliff Village is the "Fishmonger". Go upstairs and you can't miss it. Try their Salade Nicoise; clean, fresh salad, including boiled potatoes, form a bed for a tasty tuna steak. Otherwise, go for the prawns. They serve everything from the smallest to the largest, but you receive fewer as the size increases. The staff are very friendly, and of course local beers are readily available. Best of all, it's well sheltered from the wind—and rain when in season—so you can enjoy your meal al fresco whatever the conditions. A delightful spot.

“Wonderful Place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 9, 2012

All the amenities & services you need are in immediate area. The hotel has a Patio that overlooks the ocean, beautiful spot to enjoy lunch, dinner or drinks. It is pricey and food is average, but you are paying for views and location. The Village has good fast food, so eat there & then have a cocktail watching the waves roll in. Good spot to hang out.

“Pronto Pasta and Africana are the best”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2012

There is a courtyard where you chose between 5 or 6 restaurants. Pronto Pasta is the best in terms of quality and price. Africana is the best in terms of eaten something that you won't find much of at other places in Dar - salads. Africana is a salad and smoothie bar with very interesting salad creations. It is a trend setting trail blazing cafe that I hope takes off in Tanzania.

“Nice place with good food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 26, 2012

I suggest! They have different restaurants and sitting in the middle of the area you can order different dishes from different restaurants. Friendly customer service and nice atmosphere. Opportunity to eat outside or inside. There are also nice places where to take a drink or two and nice comfy shisha place.

“Home of grills, atleast in dar”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 24, 2012

You will find grills every where in dar, but to have it in sea cliff, its a different experience one should try. the way to sea cliff is not very safe at night, one should travel thru the colosseum road to reach.
