Great view and lovely venue for sundowners on a weekday afternoon. Prices are a bit high, but you're paying for the view and opportunity to sit in the only quiet spot in town.
The rooms are nice, waiters are active and the hotel itself is very clean. I had great time at this hotel.

Clean comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms. Service is up and down in the main restaurant . Nice Asian restaurant on the first floor.
My problem is for the prices charged it should be better than nice. That is why i say it is average for the price charged
Wow - they've got an amazing selection in the lunch buffet. Fast, convenient and reasonably priced delivered with a smile.
Highly recommended.
You go for sundowers at the top of the hotel and have a great view of the City Center of Dar, its Port and surroundings. Service is high quality, their resturants there and ok!
