“Nice hotel”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 26, 2013 via mobile

Stayed Here with work colleagues for one night, arrived very late and hotel arranged pick up from the airport. Nice hotel, basic but has everything you need.

Wi fi was excellent, worked straight away.

No water in rooms which was a shame as we arrived very late and some of didn't have drinks all night.

Hotel staff were friendly and customer orientated and food in the restaurant was quite nice.

Due to the final ineptitude from our Spanish tour operators we were not picked up from the port when we arrived in Tangiers- the front counter staff at this hotel immediately sorted this out with our local tour company (who were waiting at a different port) and arranged for the rest of the group to be picked up. The staff then sorted us all out with efficiency and kindness. The rooms are dated and inevitably smokey, but the setting is quiet and relaxing, with a pleasant pool. The restaurant food was undercatered at breakfast and had the same restricted menu for dinner found at all other restaurants frequented by tourists.Try the Italian restaurant in the next block instead.Walking distance to the souk, just.

Room Tip: Rooms on the street side are newer, sunnier and better- rooms overlooking the garden have heavy drap...

Truly lovely old hotel oozing with history among its decaying opulent structure. It is unfortunate that its beauty is so marred by its decay! Staying there felt like staying with a Moorish version of the Addams Family! Things do go bump in the night in the bed! Great for backpackers! and Spectacular views of Tangiers' port. It is also very close to the old souk! The Roman, Arabic and French influences in the streets and buildings meld to transport you to another time and place.

Room Tip: The higher up you go the more exercise you get. Lower rooms are more cosy. But you want rooms overlo...

It's a one night only kinda Hotel. Good for people who don't want to spend much and have a decent accommodations. It as Wi-fi. It's near to places where you can eat. Don't expect to be a super thing, but it's all right for spending the night when your tired from driving 560 km, like we did. it as private parking, which is cool.
breakfast it's continental and nice.

Room Tip: uper rooms are best, but they all have more or less the same quality.

I stayed here for a couple of days whilst on business. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The breakfasts are nothing exciting but adequate.

A reasonable base but the decor is a little tired and could do with some refurbishment
