“A Unique Culinary Experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 3, 2012

When I think of my time in Morroco, and its highlights, that restaurant comes up in the three best dining experience we had during our vacations. The food was delicious, typically Moroccan but with a fusion tone to it. The decor is beautiful without being overdone and the service impeccable. The owner is a very interesting person and he has people to come and fetch you if you live in the Kasba or in the Medina. It is well worth the effort to find it and enjoy a unique culinary experience!

“A true find!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 20, 2012

The taxi driver had never heard of the restaurant so we wandered into the Medina ourselves and had no problem finding the restaurant with a local who latched onto us as unsuspecting tourists! This is a very good restaurant indeed serving typical moroccan food to western standards. Don't be put off by the limited menu as everything is freshly prepared.
We had been to another 'local' restaurant the night before as recommended by our hotel. Essentially the same menu but Le Nabab have seriously 'upped' the quality. Excellent friendly service, served in an old Riad type house. Nice low key chill out music too! Well worth the effort.

“International standard - authentic Moroccan cuisine. Superb.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 19, 2012

Well, I can't speak highly enough of this outstanding find. Located deep in the Tangier medina, it is well worth the effort to track down Le Nabab. The interior is very stylish, a fusion of local and Western influence, but the food is authentic Moroccan, and boy is it good. We went for lunch and it was quiet but our waiter made us so welcome; noteworthy in a town not really known for its service culture. We tried all the main dishes, everyone a stunner, and even took away six pastillas for later they were that good. The restaurant has been open two years and deserves to succeed so all visitors to Tangier should give it a shot. This is unquestionably international standard cuisine.

“Best restaurant in Tangier”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 25, 2012

This restaurant is perfect. Only a bit difficult to find.
I liked the minimalist deco buit comfortable chairs and dining arrangement. The food, to be selected from a concise menu is outstanding. The wines are more than adequate. Service is relaxed but efficient and the prices are reasonable.
