“Clean room, gracious staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 28, 2010

The room was stylish, very clean and quiet. The front desk was extremely courteous. The medina with its souqs is only a 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Our tour group of 43 people turned up at this hotel only ro find our rooms have been given to other parties. The management response was dreadful and no respect was given for our predicament!

Perfectly reasonable facilities, clean and adequate food. (One of our party suffered a stomach upset, but it is illogical to blame this on the hotel as no one else affected - much more likely a case of not taking adequate hygiene care when newly arrived from an over sanitised home country)
Predominently business clientelle and deals being done, but some tourists. Staff efficient and friendly - particularly to Europeans because of Morocco's previous links with France. Location OK but noisy traffic outside.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 17, 2010

This hotel was very clean and comfortable, and appeared to be newly renovated. Our bed was firm and cozy and we slept really well. Our bathroom was large, well-lit, with good water pressure. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Best of all, the hotel was located within easy walking distance of the Medina and the Hassan Tower. The only drawbacks were the extremely smokey lobby and the mediocre, at best, food at the hotel restaurant.

We were on an 8 day tour of Morocco - 4 hotels in total. The Fez and Marrahech hotels were first class - but this was the best. Rooms excellent and the best 'hotel food' on the trip.
