I've been many times to Villa Mandarine, situated within a residential area, at the end of a road. The restaurant is appreciated by many, some of the dishes are indeed showing a certain level of research. Prices are on the higher end of what you can find in Rabat. I'm a little bit concerned about the lack of coherence in the menu. Taken separately, plates are enjoyable, but the full dinner experience is missing. With a little energy, owners could deepen the ability to transport you into the warmth of a colonial past, but the experience is rather flat, due to poor service.
