“Beautiful Riad.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2012

Beautifully decorated Riad, stunning ceilings and in a great location in Rabat. Very kind owners, who helped us getting around Rabat. Great breakfast. They were very willing to look after our bags after check out, so we could continue to explore.

Credit card machine doesn’t work, so make sure you take cash to pay your bill!

We picked the Riad Sidi Fatah as it had plenty of good reviews, and I must say we were very pleased with our choice. On arrival we were given a very warm welcome and shown to our room which incidently was the Laila. As there was three of us travelling we had booked a triple room which basically was a double with an additional bed. Unfortunalty because of this the room we had booked although very nice it was rather cramped, I mentioned this to the hosts and were offered a slightly bigger room on the first floor with no fuss at all.The riad itself was beautifully decorated with lots of ornate plasterwork and mosaics. Breakfast was very good traditional moroccan, breads, jams pancakes etc. The riad is centrally situated to all attractions, a great place to stay. Throughly recommended

typical riad, beautifully decorated rooms around a small courtyard, Moroccan style. I stayed there two nights and found it comfortable, quiet, and the service attentive.

Such a nice place to stay in! It is right inside the old Medina, so no cars allowed. Fortunately, the owner helps you by phoning her and she tells you the exact street, which is short and very narrow. The streets are quite dirty and shabby, but once you go in, you are right into another world!
The decoration is great, the rooms are very comfortable, with Moroccan lamps giving a very special light, the bed is big and very comfortable.
We also stayed for dinner both nights and even if it was not cheap (200 DH per person), we were completely alone and well served. It was quite a luxury, actually.
Breakfast is a bit poor but the tea is absolutely delicious.
Be aware as you will be awoken by the call to prayer!
But all in all, a great stay which will not be forgotten.

when I booked Riad Sidi Fatah I did not realize how lucky I will be to stay in such a magical place. I felt like Im staying in the little palace. The bed is so comfy that for the first tie in my life during traveling it felf as I was sleeping in my own bed.Whoever books it needs to know this is a 7 room hotel( actualy riad means traditional Moroccan house or a palace) so it is very quitet. Personnel is very nice and helpful, even there was a language barrier we communicated via google translate which was completly fine. The breakfest is just good - typical moroccan . If you ask them they can arrange hammam for you which is a unique expriance.(we paid 150 dirham for hammam and massage which was just AWSOME)
I'm still blown away by this place and I wish woever dacorated this Riad come to my house and did it for me because thay did fantastic job.
The owner also called me upon arrival which was very nice.
It is located on outskirts of Medina wich is very easly accessable from trains 10 minute walk or you can take taxi - just make sure you find out the price before you get in to taxi they tend to rip tourists off.

Room Tip: there is 3 rroms on the ground level and 4 on the upper level, there is no elevator.room Sofia i roo...

A most beautiful riad. The rooms and the courtyard are absolutely beautiful. The linen on the bed is clean and the bed is the most comfortable we had in the all of morocco. The staff spoke no English but they were so charming and obliging . It is located in the old Medina within walking distance to major sites
