We had traveled from Essouira to Marrakesh and when our taxi driver finally reached the end of the road, we wondered where we would end up. But other reviewers had written such glowing reviews that I was hopeful that they would be right.....and they were! With help from the manager we rumbled through the alleys until we reached the riad. What a delight to open the door and find such a lovely spot. We enjoyed tea and then looked over our room (spacious and comfortable) and then toured the riad, including the rooftop with loungechairs (and pool soon to be finished). Soufiane was gracious, fun, enthusiastic, and helpful. We just SO wished that we could have really enjoyed ourselves here but we had to leave early the following morning for a trip to the desert.
Normally breakfast is served starting at 8:00 but because our departure was scheduled then, they made breakfast for us early. It was delightful.
We would definitely recommend this riad to other visitors to Marrakesh.
