“Amazing Riad”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2014

I would like to say that everything was as I expected. The staff were very helpful, both managers (Aziz and Mouhsin) couldn't do enough for all of us.
Even though it rained on one of the days, the atmosphere only added to the experience.
The Riad is quite central to all the main attractions of Marrakech and we only had to ask Aziz or Moushin to book / help prepare events or guides for us.
Overall I would highly recommend Les Trois Mages to anyone.

A spacious, relaxed gem of a place with some of the nicest staff I've ever met.

5 or 6 rooms over 3 floors means lots of nooks and crannies for as much peace and quiet as you want. And as you are in the centre of the medina, you only have to step outside the front door to be swept away into the hustle and bustle.

Every member of staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted and seemed to genuinely feel that we actually become part of their family. I've not experienced such attentive service in anything less than a five star hotel before.

The food was also wonderful - breakfasts and snacks of pastries and fresh fruit and bread on the roof terrace were divine, and Saida's special prepared dinner was our best meal of the trip.

A special thanks to Aziz the local manager and to Moushine the night porter who were absolute gentlemen and who coordinated everything superbly. Aziz arranged a road trip into the Atlas mountains for us - amazing! - and an unforgettable visit to a luxurious hammam for the full Marrakech experience. ;)

We had an incredible stay and will certainly be back.

Room Tip: The ground floor rooms are around the courtyard where meals are usually served. Although we weren...

At Les Trois Mages its the people that make the difference. The riad is beautiful and comfortable with a lovely sunny roof terrace with cute dipping pool and a cosy lounge with open fire which was wonderful on December evenings when it was a little chilly. The bedrooms are stylish and comfortable and the bathrooms are rustic yet chic. But really what the riad is all about is the team who run it - Aziz, Mouhsine, Saida, Najia and Laila. They made us feel so welcome, nothing was ever too much trouble and everything was done with a smile. By the end of our week it was like saying good bye to old friends. I highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for a restful retreat within the medina who appreciates excellent service.

Room Tip: We had the run of the riad so can safely say all the rooms were wonderful. I personally stayed in Ja...

We were so lucky to spend Christmas in the Magical, Les Trois Mages. Aziz,Mohsin
and all the team looked after us brilliantly and provided a magnificent rooftop Christmas feast
complete with musicians and dancers. The rooms were lovely and Mohsin lit the lovely wood fire at night to ward off chills. There were plenty of areas for relaxing and chilling out. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here, from restaurant & Hammam reservations, souk tours
and mountain trips, they can organise it all. Les Trois Mages was lovely and peaceful.
Cant wait to return. Go here it will exceed your expectations and you will leave refreshed
well fed and smiling :)

Room Tip: All the rooms are lovely

A very good hidden calm amongst the chaos of Marrakech, you are in for a big surprise as you arrive at an unassuming doorway in a narrow alley, to walk into an oasis of calm are beauty. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful and there are plenty of places to hide and relax within the Riad. It is amazingly cool in the central court yard where breakfast is served and you have the pleasent sound of the local finches singing while you eat. The breakfast are extremely good and enjoyable. Definitely recommend to anyone who wishes a retreat from the bussel of the Souks but in hand reach of them.

A wonderful Riad where the staff are honest, generous and likeable. Each member of staff seemed to feel that they were our host, always ready to talk through our day and help us plan the next. They brought us endless trays of tea and coffee with little pastries ( all free) and would bring us wine and olives even though they didn't drink. The staff presence was never intrusive and the Riad is so well arranged that you felt you were a private house party even though there were other people staying
When we ate in it was like a private dinner party with wonderful food and the breakfast was always sensational.

Room Tip: You will hear the neighbouring Mosque at night but it feels rather magical.

The perfect place to stay for our trip to Marrakech. The service was amazing.
We stayed in the Bahia suite which was perfect!
The staff at the Raid work very hard and made is feel so welcome.
To think that this place could exist amongst the madness of the medina.
The breakfast's were really lovely with fresh fruit and a different bread everyday.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this Riad to anyone.
