What to say that hasn't been said yet? This riad is amazing! The location in the Medina is perfect and the rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. However, what makes this place so special and impossible do dislike is all the staff who works there: Mustafa, Khaled, Fatima, Dalila and all the other lovely ladies. Always around making sure I had everything I needed, offering the refreshing mint tea e the delicious traditional biscuits. I felt at home. I will definitely go back to Marrakesh and, no shadow of a doubt, will stay at the Les Trois Palmiers again.

I honestly cannot praise this riad enough. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left I just felt so welcome. The owner greeted us on arrival and said "treat this as your home" and thats exactly how we were made to feel. I spent 6 days there with my niece and it was absolute bliss. The staff at the Riad are so friendly and Khalil is such a sweet man. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The ladies at the Riad were so helpful too. Our room was so pretty. The bathroom was clean aswell as the room the lighting in the room could have been better.

Breakfast was nice but I would have liked a bit more variety. Also I would have liked to have Wifi access available in my room so I could stream movies in the evening as there was no entertainment system in our rooms (no TV or music player).

The walk to the main square was short (about 10 mins) but a little hectic as the streets are so busy. I would definitely recommend this Riad to anyone staying in Marrakech.

Excellent breakfast and a generous hostess who allowed us to stay in our room until 5:30pm on the day of checkout- really valuable to be able to shower before heading to the airport after a hot day wandering around. The staff were generally friendly, though when asked for a dinner recommendation, one of the staff unhelpfully suggested the riad itself. Our room was tiny but immaculate and air conditioned. Location is good- lost in the alleyways but very convenient for the souk.

We had a wonderful stay at this Riad. The staff was the best, Khaled and Mustafa and all the other great women working there, made the stay feel like home. The rooms were clean, the ambiance was a great escape after coming from the hustle and bustle of the souks. The fresh roses everyday throughout the hotel is a great touch to the elegance of the place. The breakfast on the terrace was heavenly... even when we woke up late, we still got something to eat. The location is ideal to walk anywhere and safe. It is a bit tricky to find if you don't get a ride from the airport, but other than that, we will be coming back next year and hopefully with more people. Thanks Patrick and everyone who works there. Inshallah we'll see each other soon.
I could write a novel about this place, but for now I'll stick to spreading the word :)

Cheers,
Amy and Keston

Room Tip: rooms on on the terrace are great because you get to enjoy breakfast or just a quiet time right outs...

We had a wonderful stay there last April with helpful staff, nice owners, really nice located riad, clean, quiet, will recommend to every one. We had a large room, Almohade on the first floor, we took breakfest every morning on the terrace with a stunning overview on the Medina. Hand-made map was really helpful. Ali, the driver made pickup roundtrip at the aiport for us and they were free.
