Hotel, rooms and staff, all of them perfect!!!!
Thanks Fatima for being too friendly and always doing the best for us.
The hotel is very well located, you can get the medina in 10 minutes by walk.
And the services of the hotel are with a exquisite taste.

Great Location , great staff. Small little niggles like the plug stopper in the bath not working,, and the cracked light shade in the dining area, was made up for by the attention the staff paid to us as guests. They will post letters, including buying and sticking the stamps,,,, personally take you to local restaurants, and the hot pancakes, with honey and roasted almonds for breakfast ,,,,, you really need to go there. Very easy to get into the main square and well worth the money. The evening meal was delicious and free Arabic lessons from Omar and Abdo ,,,, Would definitely recommend staying here. We stayed three nights and if ever in Marrakech will stay here again.

Room Tip: We ordered a room with a bath,,,,,,it was big enough to take three people ! all the...

Beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina. Down a quiet alley, you find an impressive door, ring the bell and...open sesame...you enter a world of peace and tranquility! Our room, Suite 2, was probably the most romantic room I have stayed in, with rich reds and gold fabrics, red walls and an open fireplace. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff, even to the point of walking us to and from a restaurant that was hidden but well worth visiting! Breakfast was good, but typical Moroccan carb overload and was disappointed not to be offered any eggs, but the view from the terrace made up for it. Overall very good.

My partner and I just had the pleasure of staying at Riad Zolah for one night in February and our only regret was not staying here longer. Luxurious in every way. Our room was incredibly big and clean only enhanced with beautiful rose petals. Hosts fabulous with really good english. Our meal and breakfast was a delight for the culinary senses. You will not be disappointed!

Room Tip: No room will disappoint you

We have just returned from a short break, staying at Riad Zolah. Would thoroughly recommend. Very well run by Fatima and her team. Lovely touches - room candlelit on your return in the evening and rose petals scattered in bedroom and bathroom. Vase of red roses for Valentines night. Would thoroughly recommend in-house Hamman and massage.

We spent three nights here and it all started off pretty good: we got upgraded by a bigger room. The riad is beautifully decorated and they pay attention on the details: for example, we had a checkerboard in our room which resulted in playing checkers on the (also amazing) roof terrace in the sun.. along with some mint tea and a shisha! Mint tea is complementary by the way and I must have asked them dozens time for mint tea and they always bring it to your room with a smile.. The service was the best too; one of the hosts walked with us to a safer ATM, after I told them that I didn't feel comfortable using an ATM at the square, because of all the beggars sitting right next to it! Yes, Marrakech is full of beggars and people who try to scam you (which is something you really have to adjust to, but it comes naturally after the first day), but Riad Zolah made me feel safe and at home. I'm used to travelling to far destinations that have a lot of poverty, but I have to say that Marrakech was the worst regarding scams and pushy beggars. However, I had a good time: the city is really nice and beautiful and I truly believe that Riad Zolan is one of the very best accomodations in it.
