fantastic typical riad in the center of the medina (5 min. walking from main square) with beautiful rooms and excellent service. I would recommand to stay for the dinner: you will discover the best maroccain food in town!!

It was a wonderful experience spending our time at Le Clos des Arts.
Giorgina and Massimo, the new managers, were especially helpful and lovely. They helped us with information such as restaurants, sightseeing, taxis, drivers, etc. The rooms are very clean and have the morrocan motif.
The atmosphere was calm and relaxing and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Can also really recommend the food at this great Riad (a lot better than the restaurants you read on the guides books).

The Riad Le Clos des Arts is a charming, clean, beautiful Riad very close to La Place. The staff were wonderful and friendly – very helpful and made us feel very much at home. The riad itself is spectacularly beautiful.

Our room was comfortable, colourful and peaceful, and with a beautiful large bathroom. The room was kept very clean throughout our stay.

We would definitely be happy to stay in this riad again if we were to travel to Marrakech again.

We had four fantastic days in this riad, and would recommend it to everyone who is planning a trip to Marrakech. It's in the middle of the city, but very peacefull and the perfect place to relax after a hectic day in the medina. The rooftop terrace was beautiful, and it was nice to take a dip in the pool to cool down in the blistering heat. The best thing about this riad is the staff. Everyone are really friendly and helpfull. We had dinner at the terrace twice, the food was very good, both the morrocan and the italian, and the atmosphere was perfect.

i cant recommend the clos des arts strongly enough, the owners and staff are a delight, the setting excellent, the service impeccable. the plunge pool on the roof was a big hit with the children.

This has to be the perfect destination. The riad is only a short walk from the central square, but is away from the mayhem. The rooms are lovely and the service is fantastic. And now the food - breakfast on the roof terrace is so civilised and perfect, it sets you up for the day, and dinner either in the courtyard or on the roof terrace, is an out of this world feast. I didn't visit under the previous owners, but I do not think that they could have been better than the new ones - always available, and able to reccommend destinations or venues, and make the necessary arrangements. It was like staying with friends from the moment you arrived at the airport.

This riad is a short stroll from the places you will want to visit and spend time. With the streets of the Medina being quite chaotic (in a fun way!) it's good to know that you have a peaceful and relaxing base to return to. From haggling with a souk owner over a pair of pointy yellow slippers one minute, to enjoying a mint tea in the courtyard the next. Would recommend!
