It took 1.5 hours for the hotel to assign us rooms even though we had paid in full in advance. It was only after I put the front desk staff in touch with Hotels.com using my cell phone (since the hotel wouldn't make the call for me) that they finally gave us rooms. The door in my parents room's closet was broken and was never repaired in our 4-day stay. The same goes for the water temperature and pressure in both rooms' showers, which fluctuated wildly. The safe deposit box in my room was not working, though they did fix that. Room service was unbeliably slow, and service in the hotel's restaurant and tea room wasn't much better. When we complained about all this at the front desk they always refused to call the manager or anyone empowered to solve the problems.

We stayed here for seven nights over Xmas. Hotel very clean and also relaxing and peaceful. The half Board meals were good and provided excellent vegetarian food. All staff were friendly especially catering staff. There is no night entertainment but there is a shopping centre at 5 mins walk which kept us entertained in the evening. The hotel provides a bus to the medina every two hours (sometimes unreliable). Hammam is not recomended at the hotel.

Great place to relax nice big pool with restaurant/bar we stay for 3 nigths. The staff are helpfull there is a mini bus service into the old medina, and centre mall with restaurant and shops 5 min walk away from the hotel and easy to find a taxi. the rooms was nice and clean with 24 hour room service, and cleaning every day.
Nice bathroom and balkon view to nice pool. and about 10 min drive to centrum.

Great resort for a short stay experience in Marrakech. Out of the main drag of the Medina which is very nice and relaxing, and a mini bus is provided every two hours if you wish to pop into the chaos that is known as the markets! Lots of fun but nice to come back to the resort and relax by the pool. The staff are helpful but not overly friendly, and the breakfast buffet wasn't particularly interesting nor appetising. Room service prices are reasonable. The best asset is the beautiful cool swimming pool (of which there are two large ones but only one open during our stay as it was shoulder season) and also the fitness centre (of which there are also two - the larger one at the back of the hotel is much better, though the staff not forthcoming in providing info on it so you have to find your own way there!). The rooms are very large and very clean, nice big bath tub, tv is not a flat screen, small chairs and table outside your room to relax which is quite nice. Rooms are quiet, though we could hear the child next door playing, and on that note as per any general resort there does seem to be an abundance of children around so if you can't cope with that it might not be the right place for you. The room has a strange smell which is not too pleasant but you do find yourself getting used to it (until you leave the room and come back inside). Probably not what I would describe as your ordinary five star hotel (would expect more) but is a good stay for a reasonable price.
