Great resort for a short stay experience in Marrakech. Out of the main drag of the Medina which is very nice and relaxing, and a mini bus is provided every two hours if you wish to pop into the chaos that is known as the markets! Lots of fun but nice to come back to the resort and relax by the pool. The staff are helpful but not overly friendly, and the breakfast buffet wasn't particularly interesting nor appetising. Room service prices are reasonable. The best asset is the beautiful cool swimming pool (of which there are two large ones but only one open during our stay as it was shoulder season) and also the fitness centre (of which there are also two - the larger one at the back of the hotel is much better, though the staff not forthcoming in providing info on it so you have to find your own way there!). The rooms are very large and very clean, nice big bath tub, tv is not a flat screen, small chairs and table outside your room to relax which is quite nice. Rooms are quiet, though we could hear the child next door playing, and on that note as per any general resort there does seem to be an abundance of children around so if you can't cope with that it might not be the right place for you. The room has a strange smell which is not too pleasant but you do find yourself getting used to it (until you leave the room and come back inside). Probably not what I would describe as your ordinary five star hotel (would expect more) but is a good stay for a reasonable price.

Looks great from the outside and has two huge swimming pools. BUT!!! the staff make you feel like an inconvenience, the restaurant food is bland and boring and basically the place is very slowly falling apart. It was obviously built to a high 'visual' standard but behind the paint it is cheap. Also a long way outside the city so unless you are there for the annual touring car Gran Prix it is not a lot of use.

you should really not expect more for the price. The rooms are large. The bathtub is large. The in hotel restaurant and room service is cheap, so you can spoil yourself. The staff are nice. Carrefour superstore is very close by (3mins walk) and a good place to buy some souvenirs also. Overall, I liked Morocco and its people. I had little to complain about the hotel. It has a nice spa, but I did not use it. Take a room facing the pool. Hopefully you will also be able to pick up wifi from your balcony. For less than £3 a couple can have their breakfast brought to their room in style.

Nice hotel with polite and helpfull staff,food is ok, the Breakfast is very nice with many selections but not many varietys on the Dinner also same on the deserts there arent many selections.Rooms are kept clean and tidy,its only 10 minutes drive from the town centre which is well coverd by free hotel shuttle every 2 hours.
Negative side is-
Therearent many childrens activites apart from the large swimming pool which is ungoable due to the cold water.The indoor pool is chargeable at 130Dirhams per hour which i found to be totally out of order as we dont pay that much anywhere in England,may be the management should look in to this and make it free during the winter months
