This riad is just wonderful. Full of old world charm and beautifully kept. Thierry the french owner is a lovely character and was there every morning to greet us whilst we had breakfast. He always asked us how our previous day was and if all was OK. The rooms are just delightful. Everything was very clean and the beds comfortable. Someone is on the premises 24/7. Good hot shower and excellent water pressure.........I loved the bathrooms.
The only thing for us is that the riad is not near the middle of the medina, ok if you are a good walker. It is right at the top edge and its easy to get lost in those souks and alleys on the way there and back. Taxis are dirt cheap, so unless you love to walk, I suggest a taxi at the Bab Tagzout...about $2 to the main square centre of the medina. This riad is quiet and calm......totally perfect after a hectic shopping or sightseeing day in Marrakech. Wirh petit taxis so cheap, dont let the bit of a walk put you off staying at this lovely place.
