“Stay again.”

Hotel: Its a good place to stay. It doesn't have breath taking views but its very comfortable and clean. It has all the amenities that you possibly need. It is roughly 20-30 min walk from old town but taxis would take you there for very reasonable cost. All the other restaurants and modern shopping is walking distance as well.

Restaurant: Food here is reasonably priced and tasty including breakfast. I and my friend preferred to dine in than anywhere else.

Staff: Receptions staff is very helpful and friendly as long you are nice to them. Bar and restaurant staff is also very helpful. General manager of the hotel is one of the nicest man I have ever met. Very down to earth, helpful and approachable. He would go around and speak to all the guests in the restaurant during dinner time and help them in any ways he can.

Definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here on last night of intrepid tour. Easy to get to the medina by taxi . Friendly area. Felt comfortable walking alone during the day. Had a reasonable meal in the restaurant. Standard breakfast

Room Tip: Don't choose street frontage a little noisy

We visited Marrakech during Ramadan and unfortunately it wasn't the romantic (yes I am naive!) place I expected.
I appreciate it is a Muslim Country but we do like to have a drink whilst on holiday and we could not get this anywhere...except in our hotel!
The hotel is small but very clean and rooms are adequate with air conditioning.
Pool was huge let down as although it's tiny, there were only 2 sun loungers and although previously reviewers had said there were loungers on the sky bar, there were none, so that side was a huge disappointment as we just wanted to chill out for a couple of days. (Ended up getting free bus to a waterpark and sunbathing there)!
We ate in the hotel for 3 nights and the food was delicious and so reasonably priced - I think we paid approx £55 for 2 courses for 2 of us inc wine and a couple of beers. However...Mr and Mrs Stupid, when asked how they would like their meat cooked on the last night, said as rare as you can do it...which resulted in horrific food poisoning and a terrible journey home and week thereafter...please bear this in mind and don't be as silly as us, have meat cooked thoroughly...I wish the hotel staff had advised us against this as it ruined the trip, but then we were ignorant to do that I guess.
Anyway, friendly reception staff and a bargain hotel with generally good food at low cost.

Room Tip: Ask for a pool side room so you get a balcony as we faced the road with no balcony.

Just returned from a very very hot Marrakech. Too hot by far!

Hotel was good and clean, staff were friendly but a bit clueless unless you were a french speaker, continental breakfast was buffet style in a dedicated breakfast room and the half board evening meal in the restaurant/bar/pool area was very tasty but came in very small portions.

A nice hotel with very comfortable rooms with slightly cramped but good enough bathrooms
The location is not the best - a half-an-hour walk from Jemaa El Fnaa
The restaurant has a decent menu.
Overall very nice

This hotel is amazing... except for the lack of welcome from the reception staff:(
After 2 weeks in Morocco and 5 hotels, Hotel Le Caspien has the BEST facilities of all. Just a shame when the 'first impression' via reception is poor. The restaurant staff have been warm and professional, my meal was excellent, the room is clean and well fitted-out. If the welcome was a bit warmer and a little more accommodating I expect that the rating for Hotel Le Caspien could be closer to #1 than it is now.
