Heat wave was a plus! Chef du village as others said does not encourage English announcements but was very friendly. Food was very good , room fine. Speciality restaurant only had tables outside which at night was cold, food not as good as buffet. People who paid extra for de luxe rooms or Riad did not seem to get much extra value.
They need more reception staff and people with hotel experience , they were pleasant but made mistakes. Maintenance is also not a priority . Id put more money into those areas if I wanted to be 4 star.
