All I can also say is don't stay here, Swiss International need to visit this hotel and sort it out we stayed here for 4 nights and like the previous comments they are all true, first the sign outside only had a few letters lit so fault here we go we are in a right hotel here it is sold as a 4 star but is definately more like a 1 star, we booked half board and the food is horrible we had the evening meals and they are all reheated in the microwave and not freshly made, we had a chicken dinner and it was cold and a carbonara that was frozen. The hotel bar was filthy and food all over the floor what made it worse was locals smoking in there so enjoying a drink was out the window, room very basic, no water, tea or coffee the electrical sockets were hanging off the wall, the shower bracket was broken and I reported this on arrival but nothing done for length of stay if you want to come to Marrakesh avoid this hotel at all cost

Room Tip: First don't book but if you have to book a room not above the bar due to love music

ONLY ONE FLAW FOR THIS HOTEL : ZERO QUALITY

To put it in simple terms: crumbling hotel, dirty room, unsanitary toilet, broken hand shower, mustiness in all corridor, everything is payable option (interior swimming pool, safety deposit box, etc.), rude and disagreeable personnel, exchange your money outside the hotel to avoid being cheated, and the list goes on and on...

"International" Restaurant: poor and uneatable breakfast, roach on the floor and near buffet (if we can call it that), no expresso, undrinkable coffee, non-existent service, and the list goes on and on...

Room Tip: Rooms outside the hotel are definitely better, AVOID ALL THIS HOTEL

Having been moved here from the Dellarosa due to their overbooking all I can say is I wish I had put up more of a fuss about being moved, but we thought the location would make up for any shortfalls. Alas the location does not make up for the quality of this accommodation.

4 star this hotel is definitely not.

A receptionist that doesn't care (we stood for 10 minutes waiting to ask a question while he chatted on the phone), poor state of the rooms (shower is dismal), towels that might as well be sandpaper, uncomfortable beds, intermittent WiFi, no minibar, no tea/coffee making facilities, one electrical socket in the room (the other in a cupboard where the minibar would have been had it existed).

My friend and I flew out on Friday 21 November 2014. Upon arrival the demanding tour/sales rep Nadia or Nazia took us a side and started to talk about the tours on offer. I told her that my friend and I are exhusted from the flight and we would like to go to our room first freshen up and then have a look what tour we would like. Nazia wasnt having any of it she carried on with her forceful voice, again i told her if we could just go to our room, first she shouted across to the guy in reception saying ' dont give them the key for the room until they book a tour with me' little did she know i fully understood what she said and i didnt react. We booked a day trip to Essouria with lunch included and a massage and hammam with 1 hour in the hot swimming pool that evening. The girls in the spa were really friendly and nice and told us the swimming pool had no hot water its been broken for sometime another disapointment. The next day we went with the tour guide to Essouria Abdul was really friendly on the way to the womens argan cooperation that was amazing to see note if you want to pay by credit card you cant so take plenty of dirhams if you want to buy the oils. A 1 litre of argan oil came to 800 dirhams we had to go to Essouria get cash from the ATM and then come back to the argan factory. We then headed back to Essouria looked beautiful the atlantic and all the segals. The fresh fish being pulled in by the local fishermans was interesting to see. We then went to the chosen resturant made by the hotel sales rep Nazia no choice just a fixed menu the fish for main was disgusting and was not worth it at all, the resturant had plenty of cats walking in and out for food which was really unhygenic. Overall stay in the hotel was ok but will not be going there again. We transfered to the Imperial plaza instead fantastic service thanks to Nadia.

I booked the airport transfer with the hotel. The car did not turn up, the receptionist was very polite and apologised, but te responsible who confirmed the transfer never got back to me. On the way back the transfer was ok.
My room was on the 2nd floor, just above the bar, where there is musical entertainment every night... hopefully you are tired enough to get to sleep.
Food was very good on Friday night, but otherwise it is just ok.
The location of the hotel is good easy access to places.
